RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are FINAL once payment is received. There are NO refunds or exchanges allowed due to the nature of the products. If you are unsatisfied with your order after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking. No refunds or exchanges will be rendered to ALL orders. Please read all the information ensuring you are ordering the correct product and you understand the turnaround/processing time. By submitting your order, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood our return policy.
PROCESSING TIME FOR ELECTRONIC DOWNLOAD
All Ebooks are instant downland, you will receive an email with 1-3 minutes after purchasing. All intellectual properties are copyright protected. Be mindful when purchasing and downloading your product that your not sharing content with others. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS
PROCESSING TIME FOR CUSTOM CROWNS
Current turnaround time for BYOH Custom Crowns is 5-7 business day (begins when we have received your hair). For Custom Crowns with our Hair Extensions in the Custom Crown Collections is up to 12 business days. Delays will be expected during holidays and promotions.
PROCESSING TIME FOR EXTENSIONS, CLOSURES, FRONTALS
All Virgin Hair extensions, closures and frontal orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. All Raw extensions, closures and frontal orders will be processed within 7-14 business days. Delays will be expected during holidays and promotions.
SHIPPING TIME POLICY
Shipping time will begin after your processing time has been finished.
Canada: 1 - 3 Business Days via Canada Post
International: 4 - 10 Business Day via Canada Post

**Due to recent scams, unethical practices, and chargebacks, we as a company will only ship to the billing address**. If the shipping address differs from billing address the order will be cancelled...NO EXCEPTIONS!! Packages will NOT be shipped out unless the billing and shipping address match. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Atarah Collection, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, the cost of returning the package to us and a restock fee. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
PICK UP POLICY
Pick up options are available for those in the GTA. Select the Pick Up option at checkout to ensure you are not charged for shipping. You will receive a text & email when your order is ready for Pick Up. At the time of Pick Up ID will need to be shown. The name on the ID should match the name on the order. At the time of Pick Up you will be required to sign your receipt for proof of Pick Up.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other Countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for paying. If the package is being held in customs, it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will NOT receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. All packages come with a tracking number and signature required. If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, please contact your local post office and provide them your tracking number. You can request to have your package held at the post office.
